Landing Page

General

The landing page or payment page is a responsive website designed for mobile first. The customer can pay his outstanding amounts on this page.

The landing page can be accessed by the customer by several ways:

  • Clicking the link in an e-mail.
  • Clicking the link in an SMS.
  • Scanning the QR code in a letter with a mobile phone.
  • Typing the URL and passcode from a letter into the browser.

The landing page has an optional login page before entering it. The login can require any information from a claim, such as the birthday of a customer, the zip code or contract number.

The design of the landing page is a full white label design and can be customized to your corporate design together with the collectAI onboarding team. The texts shown to the customer are fully flexible. Date and currency formats can be defined and are used consistently throughout all communication toward the customer.

Dynamic payment methods

Dynamic payment methods allow you to define the payment methods you would like to offer at a given stage (communication step) of your reminder process. Other payment methods for example can be shown later to optimize your PSP spendings. Please reach out to our onboarding team to define the setup.

Select & Pay

Select & Pay is an optional feature allowing your customers to select the claim items they would like to pay. Deselected items can be provided to you via our APIs to manage your return deliveries. Select & Pay is an optional feature and can significantly improve your customer experience especially to settle open invoices.

Customer journey extension

The customer journey can be extended by using a success link. By this you can engage your customers into another transaction, like redirecting them to recommendations in your shop based on their last purchase, a newsletter sign-in, etc. Please keep in mind, the redirect requires a successful payment transaction.
