Typical use cases include invoice files, a detailed cost report for your services or an authority letter that you need to forward to specific customers, e.g. a speeding picture.

Uploading attachments

collectAI attachments are digital files attached to an existing claim, which are presented to customers in e-mails, additional to letters or on the landing page. The attachment file size is limited to 10 MB for each file.

Attachments must be uploaded before a claim gets created in order to ensure all the relevant data is present before a claim starts its life cycle.

Sending attachments in e-mail or letter

The collectAI platform enables you to add attachments easily to e-mails or add them to letters. Smart configuration options allow you to upload all files to a claim, and also to define the documents which should be in a specific message. Attachments to e-mails can be of any filetype but are limited to 10 Mb total. Attachments to letters are limited to PDF in DIN A4 format only and should not exceed 196 pages.

Sharing files to download on the landing page

You can also show files on the landing page, so they can be downloaded and saved by your customers.
