Verified contact data (double opt-in)
You can collect fully verified E-Mail addresses and mobile numbers of your customers with the collect.AI platform. Additionally, you can verify existing data, if you have e-mail addresses or mobile numbers from your customers that are not verified with a double-opt-in process.
Contact page
- A dedicated responsive customer contact page leads the customer through the collection and verification process.
- The contact page is fully whitelabel to be shown in your corporate identity and domain.
- One-time campaigns are supported the same as recurring communication to collect verified contact data on a regular basis. For example, a letter with a link and QR-code to the contact page can be sent to your customer, if no digital contact data is available.
- A combination of your payment reminder and dunning communication is also possible to collect missing contact data. You can decide, if your customers can hand-in their digital contacts before or after the payment as well.
Messages
- The letter, E-Mail and SMS texts and designs are fully flexible. However, a best practice can be used.
- The verification E-Mail & SMS have standard options to choose for an easy user flow to finish the verification process. Nevertheless, they are fully flexible as well.
- An optional confirmation E-mail & SMS can be activated to confirm the successful verification process to the user.
Settings
- You select which data to collect: E-Mail addresses only, Mobile numbers only or both.
- Activation of consent & tracking checkboxes with legal texts: You flexibly define the legal consents per channel, if it's optional or mandatory and add the legal text you need for your purpose in every language.
- So, you can use the verified contact data to share sensitive information and/or for marketing purposes as you wish.
Date usage
- As a default behaviour, the data is collected and shared with you. By that, we ensure data synchronization between your system and collect.AI.
- To make use of the verified data automatically in the next message, it is therefore important for you to import the new contacts to your system and update the claim data at collect.AI.
Data sharing
- The collected data is shared via webhook and reports.
- The decision about the internal use of these records is up to you.
- There will be a distinction between verified and unverified contact data. Therefore, there will be two different webhooks/reports: "Customer data collected" & "Customer data verified". Each event will contain the information about which checkboxes have been accepted with which legal consent texts, exact timestamps and the customers IP-address. So, you can fully manage your customers confirmations.
Unverified contact data: "Customer data collected". Example: Customers enter the E-mail address but do not confirm it.
Verified contact data: "Customer data verified". Example: Customers enter the E-Mail address and verify it successfully.
