This page describes the technical guidelines for a data transfer setup with collect.AI.

Usually, this means you provide your case files (claims) on a secure file transfer server (SFTP) to collect.AI. The collect.AI Integration Team will then pull the files, transform them if needed and perform the import into the collect.AI system. Such an exchange is technically called ETL process (Extract, Transform, Load). Additionally, collect.AI will upload exports (reports, execution history, etc.) on the same file server. This data can be made available in the format you require in order to integrate the data into your reporting tooling and infrastrucutre.

We are very experienced and flexible when it comes to adjusting to different data needs and situations. All you need to do is to provide us with with regular automatic export files from your system containing the necessary data. Our integration team is happy to help you there, with best practices which have proven to work very well with our clients.
